Why is it always the guys who win these competitions?

Wei Lian shared his view with us: “I guess it has something to do with the fact that most of the voters are girls, so girls will vote for the opposite sex. The guys are too busy working and dating their girlfriends to vote for the female contestants hahah!”
Is it unfair to female contestants then?
“Winning is not the most important thing,” he continued. “I mean it doesn’t mean that you’ll be the most famous one if you are the champion. It’s all up to your own potential and what people see in you. If you are fated to be a singer, then you will become one.”
My superstar audition.
9th September 2006
I went to register for the superstar audition.
Surprisingly, there are much lesser people than that of the male audition. much lesser.
Then i realise,
the 'zhi zuo dan wei' were quite 'zhao gu' the females.
Don't want us the stand too long under the sun.
Well, but i guess the actual reason is because if the queue is long, people might faint and create more trouble for them, and also the queue might disrupt the business of the nearby shops and just looked unpleasant lo..
hee but i guess i'll stick to the first reason and let me assume that the superstar crews are sweet people for now..
Later i show you they are actually not quite..
haha so then,
i queued up for a minute,
take the number tag,
and can leave actually, but i stayed to watch the so-called concert..
My friend and my friends' friend wanted to see how weilian de shi li when he sings live ma..
but i am quite surprised they have never ever see him singing live before,
which he always do and is more often than not, gou power..
Too bad he sang 2 oldies lor.. Too bad for my friends..
Hai why must he sing sth different from usual just as my frens want to watch him for the first time in their life lor. hmph..
Sinhuey is not bad either.

For campus ppl, almost for all of them,
i got nothing to say.
Not because they sang bad, but because they were too good until i'm speechless.

Before that i was still telling my friends that teresa can sing the high part de.. but who knows?
